COMPANY HISTORY

John MacMillan and Alistair MacMillan founded ComputerLand of Boise in 1982 as a retail operation specializing in the sale of computer hardware and software to the local home and office user. In 1993 we moved into our current location, expanded beyond the retail market and began to focus on commercial and government business. In order to better describe our business, in 2001 we changed our name to ITG-Intermountain Technology Group. From our headquarters in Boise, Idaho, ITG provides a broad range of hardware and software products and client focused services.

Services from ITG encompass all aspects of the project life cycle: Strategic Planning, Product Procurement, Integration, Support and Technology Management.

Whether you are trying to complete a project from start to finish, or just need assistance within a portion of the project, one of our specialized divisions can assist you.

We have strategic partnerships with MICROSOFT, SYMANTEC, CISCO, HP, COMPAQ, IBM and many others, which enables us to utilize vendor resources to help better serve our clients individual needs.

ITG is a broad-based technology services company employing over 50 skilled and dedicated professionals. Clients include small and medium sized businesses, Fortune 500 firms, and State and Local governments throughout the northwest.

As information technology changes, ITG will continue to keep up with the changes and offer the highest quality services and products. We have matured and grown as a company over the past 20 years, learned from our experiences, and applied that learning in a process of self-evaluation and continuous improvement.

With ITG, the CLIENT is the priority in all endeavors.
